An Update from the Chuns (Jubilee Missionaries)

Hi Jubilee Church!
We just wanted to give you a quick update on the past few weeks since we left Korea. We were in Vancouver for two weeks to see Victor’s family and friends and also celebrate Shiloh’s 100 days (dol in Korean). It was definitely a culture shock to see such wide streets and smell fresh air again! Besides meeting family we were also able to connect with some former Jubilee members. It was great knowing that we have Jubilee family all around the world!

We’re currently in Philadelphia to spend time with Sharon’s family and friends. We also reconnected with former Jubilee worship pastor Euntae Yi and got to enjoy a late winter snowfall! We’re still fundraising as we prepare to leave for Kansas City in a couple of weeks and it has definitely been a challenge to fully depend on God. We are always reminded in these times of God’s promise that He who began a good work in us “will carry it on to completion” (Philippians 1:6).  He has been teaching us to really believe his nature and character that He truly is Yahweh Yireh (God the Provider) and that He will finish what He started!

We’re so thankful that we have our Jubilee Community to really cheer us along this journey. It hasn’t been easy so far, but we really believe that this slight current discomfort is worth it in the long run. Our desire is to see as many people come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and directly be a part of seeing that happen. Not everyone is called to do what we are doing, but your prayers and financial support is the same as you being with us on the mission field. Many blessings to you and we look forward to updating you all in the future. Much love from the Chuns!
