The Chun’s Update – December 2015

The Chun Family Update
December 2015

Dear Friends,

Can you believe 2015 is almost over? December has been a fun month, mostly because I’ve had more time to spend with Sharon and Shiloh 😀 I’ve also taken up baking, because someone in our family loves chocolate chip cookies (hint: it’s not shiloh).

Batch #2 was a happy accident because I ran out of brown sugar, so used half white and half brown sugar. The white sugar gave it some crispiness, while the brown sugar kept it chewy on the inside! Recipe here.

I also had a chance to work with two of my Heroes of Faith Loren and Darlene Cunningham. We got to film them giving encouragement to the next generation of missionaries. They founded YWAM over 50 years ago and have been going strong for Jesus for all these years. They are truly inspiring examples of longevity, humility, and a love for Jesus and people!

call2all Update

Three are a lot of cool things happening at call2all, so you can see the update below:

There is truly a work of Unity happening in the body of Christ as never before. Denominations, churches, and ministries are humbling themselves to lay down non-essential differences, to really love each other, and to finish what God wants us to finish on this earth together. Francis Chan recently spoke about this at IHOP-KC’s Onething Conference. If you have a chance we really urge you to watch his important message. You can go to the IHOP-KC website, or watch it here.

Finally, we want to wish you all a very Joy-filled, Holy Spirit-filled, Love-filled New Year! May 2016 be the year that you were the closest to the Lover of our Souls, Jesus Christ. It’s all from and Him, through Him, and for Him!

Much love from the Chun’s!
